Do I need to arrange parking?
A: Yes, you must provide a parking spot for our minivans as close to the property as possible (within 50 to 150 metres). The professional team comes with all the equipment and supplies they need to do the job, so they need a bigger car to bring them inside quickly. If you need any details to secure a parking permit, get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to the day of the service. Please leave a direct contact number and expect an update via SMS or email from 5 pm to 7 pm the day before the service.
Something came up, and I want to reschedule my booking. How can I do that?
A: First, log into your Pristine clean and Shine account. After that, go to the dashboard, where you can update the details of your service. Otherwise you can reach out by phone or email.
Q: Can I pay cash for my booking?
A: We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and bank transfers. To ensure safety and transparency, cash is not accepted.
